We are offering a standard and express delivery service.

 

In order to have your purchases conveniently delivered to a business address or different recipient, you have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to the payment address during the order process. 

 

- Standart delivery (We deliver within the Europe with our partner Ukrposhta. The delivery generally takes 20 to 25 working days to arrive.)

 

- Express delivery (Express deliveries sent with UPS Express delivery generally takes 2 to 4 working days.)

 

The cost of delivery is calculated depending on the ordered goods.

The minimum delivery amount is 20 euros.

1 product - 20 euros, each subsequent 1 euro!!!

 

For example: If you ordered 5 products then the delivery cost you 24 euros.

 

Process: 

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email

After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

 

In Europe: 20 - 25 working days (except Sunday and holidays)
In USA: 25 - 30 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

In order to register on our resource you should click the icon with the user's image in the upper right corner, after that you will go to the authorization page, with the right you will be offered to register a new client. 

 

When registering, you must fill out all the fields of the form. All your personal information is used according to our rules of security policy and serves to ensure ease of resource management.

 

After registration, you can fill out the shipping information and change your personal information. This information will always be awarded when ordering an item, and you will not need to enter it again and again)

If you forgot your password to log into your swirlbirder account, you can easily restore it by following these steps:


1) Click on the user icon in the upper right corner to go to the authorization page.
2) Under the login button you will see the link 'Forgot password?', When you click on it, you will see a form in which you should write your email.
3) Fill in the form
4) You will receive a letter with a new password for the e-mail that you indicated

If you want deactivate the registration record and no longer to get what or notifications and quite not to use a web-site you can write a letter in service of support of support@swirlbyswirl.com, with a request for moving away of registration record.

 

 

Example of letter :

 

I, (Your name) do not more want to accomplish purchases on a web-site SwirlBySwirl and get what or notifications.

Reason: (Reason of your decision) - not necessarily but very desirably because we collect information and are better for our clients.

How do I order products from swirlbyswirl.com? Easy!

 

- Find the items you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our departments.

- Add these items to your basket with the 'Add to Basket' button.

- Click your mini-basket from the top right of the screen and hit the 'Checkout Now' button.

- Enter your shipping information and click the 'Ship to this Address' button.

- Enter your payment information and click the 'Continue' button.

- Review your order and place it using the 'Place Your Order' button.

 

That’s it! You’re all done.

 

Can I place an order without opening an account?

 

Yes, you can. Simply skip the sign-in process and shop as a guest. You’ll only need to enter your address and payment information when you check out.

 

Can I place an order for a product that's out of stock?

 

We regularly update our product range with new items, but every once in a while you may miss out on something. In order to request goods that are not available, write to us at email customerservice@swirlbyswirl.com

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept a variety of payment methods:

 

- Visa and MasterCard Debit or Credit Cards.

- Cash on Delivery.

 

Please note, Cash on Delivery is not available at all locations (Only Russia and Ukraine) .

 

Is it safe to shop online with my Debit or Credit Card?

What should I do if my payment attempt fails?

 

If your payment has failed, please try again after checking whether your account details, billing address, Debit or Credit Card details or any other payment-related information is accurate.

 

Check that your internet connection is working.

 

If any amount has been debited during the failed transaction, it will be credited back to your bank account, Credit Card within seven business days.

 

What is your policy on returns?

 

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

 

Most items purchased from SwirlBySwirl may be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 14 calendar days of the date they were receive to you.

In order to receive a refund on an item:

 

- The item must be unopened, and in new and resalable condition;
- The item must have all original packaging, parts and accessories;
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.
